7th November 2016 to 17th December 2017: 6.00pm to 7.30pm.
Classes are 90 minutes long and start by lying down, quietening the mind and finding a connection between the breath and the body. Working through a sequence of asana (Yoga postures) cultivating a continued breath led movement, we progress through a variety of kneeling, standing, lying, inversions, back bends and seated postures. Pre-booking is essential as spaces are limited.
