From Iron Age track to motorway: two thousand years through the lLune Gorge

The talk by Graham Hooley is on the Lune Gorge which is a vital point in north-south communications and has been used for a Roman road, a turnpike road, a railway and a motorway. The talk also considers the recent archaeological investigations on the Roman fort situated there.
