Saturday 14th of April 2018: 10am - 3pm
Spring is in the air, what better time to pick up your needle and thread to create a sampler of these welcome splashes of colour to our gardens. Aimed at both beginners and experienced embroiderers. This workshop provides you with the six basic stitches used within the Quaker Tapestry: Stem, Split, Chain, Quaker, Bayeux Point and Peking Knot. In a relaxed and friendly environment our tutors will guide you through the stitches and help you work towards an embroidered picture to finish at home.
