10th April 2018 to 22nd May 2018: 5:30pm-7:00pm.
The course will cover the practice of yoga postures (asana) and breath work (pranayama). These promote flexibility, strength, balance and coordination. The course will be taught at a level that is suitable for participants. The learning will be by guided instruction and demonstration.
