Lakeland Canoe Club

We are a friendly club that organises a variety of trips on rivers, sea and lakes both locally and further afield for members that have their own equipment. We run skills sessions and canoe polo in Kendal pool on Sunday nights which include all kit.
Club/Society Details:

When do we meet?
Sunday nights at Kendal Leisure Centre, 9-10pm (term time only). First Sunday of the month is personal skills/polo practice, remaining sessions are canoe polo.
Most weekends we have outdoor trips on lakes, rivers or sea...see calendar on club website for details.

Can anybody attend/join?
Anybody over 12 can join, but under 16's need parental consent and a parent/carer needs to join too.

Do I have to be a member?
You can come along and join in for a session to try it out (with a £2 extra pool fee for insurance), and then join for access to all the other trips, events & benefits including newsletters, third party insurance, website & forum login, etc.

Is there a cost?
Annual Membership: £18 adults, £10 youth/student, £1.50 non-paddling adult, (£9 family membership in addition to one adult fee).
Pool sessions £6 adults, £5 students/youth.
